Headquartered in Belgium with hubs in Spain, Italy and Poland, they are committed to a 24/7 service promise to their customers. Their line of business is mainly B2B, meaning the Desotec sales team is their most important asset and providing them with the right tools and a clear workflow is key.

In that respect Desotec implemented Showpad as the ideal sales enablement platform to centralise all content and do so much more. To optimise the sales cycle they also make use of Salesforce as CRM system that contains all prospect and customer information. That challenge they put to Vintage Productions, as longtime Showpad partner. Together we created an Experience app which allows sales people to show prospects or clients content in a targeted, market specific way, capture all their info and immediately save it into Salesforce. Via the app you can also prepare a first budget estimate and send that together with all applicable assets to the client. And the best thing: all this can be tracked via the Analytics to the shorten the sales cycle even more!
